Smoke-Free Nova Scotia (SFNS) is a coalition of health-related organizations committed to reduced use of tobacco industry products and their harms. For almost 40 years, SFNS has advocated for evidence-based, comprehensive tobacco-control strategies and legislation. SFNS continually reviews emerging evidence. The coalition uses the most credible sources of tobacco-control research and survey data to inform their policies with the aim of influencing decision making by provincial and national governments.
